The Itemz collection are made up Amuletz but are more than just that:

Shellz ITEMZ is an ERC1155 collection officially verified by Open Sea and used as utility within The Orb's economy.

The Orb launches new ITEMZ via Manifold.xyz with utility and community in mind.

Different ITEMZ may be created under this collection but can be claimed and burned turning them into another piece.

For example:

This ITEMZ becoming an Unfactioned piece(The Orb's version of a 1 of 1) via a manifold contract that was created and claimable in exchange for a burn of:
